The Professional Engineer Program (PSPPI), Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Diponegoro (Undip), held an online webinar entitled “Engineering Practice Management” on Saturday, April 11, 2026. The activity was conducted online through Microsoft Teams as part of PSPPI FT Undip’s efforts to strengthen students’ professional competencies and knowledge in engineering practice.
The webinar was attended by Professional Engineer Program students as well as academics and practitioners interested in the field of engineering. The activity focused on providing participants with an understanding of the application of management principles in engineering practice, which is an important competency for professional engineers.
The webinar featured three lecturers from the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Diponegoro, namely Prof. Ir. Mochamad Arief Budihardjo, S.T., M.Eng.Sc, Env.Eng, Ph.D., IPU., ASEAN Eng.; Prof. Dr. Ir. Aries Susanty, S.T., M.T., IPU., ASEAN Eng.; and Prof. Dr. Ir. Ratna Purwaningsih, S.T., M.T., IPU., ASEAN Eng. The speakers brought extensive academic and professional experience to the discussion.
The webinar proceeded with an interactive discussion and question-and-answer session. Participants actively engaged throughout the event, as reflected in the numerous questions and discussions related to the management of engineering practice.
Through this webinar, PSPPI FT Undip continued its efforts to equip students with knowledge and skills relevant to professional practice. The activity also provided participants with an opportunity to broaden their understanding of engineering practice management and prepare for its application in the professional workplace.
